Deeplink’ Platform – V1.1_04.12.2025

Deeplink is a complete and secure AI platform, created as a true AI toolbox, centralizing advanced tools in one unified interface. It enables organisations to centralize their knowledge, automate their processes and deploy intelligent experiences, whilst insuring confidentiality of their data. Therefore it becomes their own AI and above all a real alternative to major US companies.

1. Introduction

Deeplink’a platform is made of the following main components :

  • A suite of AI tools (Chatbot, Internal GPT, Minutes generation of meetings, article description, audio transcription, image transcription, translation, AI workflows…)
  • A knowledge base (documents, web pages, images, audios…)
  • An administrator console (access rights management, of users, of groups…)
  • A security componant (LLM as Judge, anonymization, SSO…)
  • An intelligent Dashboard

1.1 The structure

The platform is based on a simple structure and offers a unique interface that assembles all of the organisation’s IA tools, without compromising on data security and isolation.

1.1.1 Integrated security

Two-factor Authentification(2FA) to ensure a high level of security, the platform includes a two-factor authentification system, in which the validation password can be received:

  • by email,
  • or via Threema, a secure, encrypted Swiss service.

Single-Sign-on (SSO)

Starting in early 2026, you will be able to use SSO to authenticate directly with your information system.

1.1.2 Data Isolation by Business Area

The platform is organized in separate areas called “business area” to compartmentalize data and uses such as :

  • Human ressources
  • IT
  • Finances
  • Internal services
  • …

Each business area operates as an autonomous environment with its own tools, data and workflows. However, it is possible to share knowledge bases across business areas.

The platform has two types of administrative sections:

  • Managing Your Own Profile
  • Managing the Platform

You can manage your own settings (language, name, threema….)

The platform allows you to fully manage it, including two levels of administration:

  • Administration of all business spaces:

2. AI Tools

2.1. Deeplink’s Chatbot : a powerful and flexible conversational engine

The chatbot is one of the platform’s long-standing tools and draws on the expanded knowledge base.

Advanced Tools

  • Targeted access to specific parts of the knowledge base
  • External API connectors → allow the chatbot to interact with third-party services (e.g., CRM, internal systems, databases, HR tools).
  • Sending emails directly from the chatbot
  • Integrated forms
  • Automated decision trees

Ways to Access

  • Public chatbot: intended for citizens or customers
  • Internal chatbot: accessible only from authorized networks (IP filtering)

2.2. Internal GPT: A Private, Secure, and Enhanced Version of ChatGPT

Deeplink’s internal GPT is an advanced, fully private model based on an open-source model that leverages:

  • imported business documents,
  • the knowledge base
  • information from your systems (CRM, ERP, etc.) – coming soon

⚠️We’re not talking here about a “model trained on your data,” but rather a secure model capable of interpreting and using your internal data without ever exposing it to the outside world.

  • Document summarization and review

2.3. Minutes Generation

Based on the audio transcription tool, this generator allows you to:

  • Automatic Meeting Transcription
  • Intelligent Content Organization
  • Generation of Meeting Minutes in PDF or Plain Text
  • Workflow Management (approval, automatic generation, etc.)

2.4. Translations Tools

Two ways to access it :

  • Built directly into the internal GPT
  • Available as a standalone tool

They offer quality comparable to a specialized service like DeepL.

2.5. AI Agents (Agentic AI)

2.5.1 Business Process Automation

Deeplink includes agents capable of executing autonomous workflows, including:

  • Resume Analysis
  • Generation of Interview Reports or HR Evaluations
  • Automatic Report Generation
  • Processing of Operational Requests
  • Automatic Responses to Customer Emails
  • Generation of Customer Visit Reports

2.5.2 Interfaces

A dedicated tool allows you to view:

  • the history of executions and archiving,
  • the results generated by the agents.

This interface means that our workflow tool can be viewed as a ticket management tool with an Inbox and management of Tickets/Tasks/Events

2.5.3. Automation via email and Threema

Each business unit has its own email address.

Simply send a request to that address to trigger an automated workflow:

  1. The AI agent identifies the corresponding process.
  2. It executes the workflow (analysis, generation, processing, etc.).
  3. It automatically sends the results via email or Threema.

This feature transforms the AI into a universal interface, accessible even without logging in.

2.6. Generating Product Descriptions (AI Image + Web Search)

Designed for the retail industry, this feature combines:

  • Image Analysis
  • Automated Web Search

It allows you to generate the following from a simple photo and some metadata:

  • A detailed product description
  • Content enriched by current market trends
  • Contextual suggestions (e.g., fashion pairings)

2.7. An expandable, intelligent knowledge base

At the heart of every business unit: a centralized knowledge base that can be populated in a variety of ways.

Enrichment Methods

  • Import PDF, Word, Markdown, XML, or any other file via drag-and-drop.
  • Built-in web crawlers allow you to automatically extract data from websites at a configurable frequency.
  • Image Analysis (Image-to-Text): Automatically converts images into usable text.
  • Audio Transcription: An advanced engine converts audio files into structured, usable text.
  • Enterprise Tool (Coming Soon): Through an API (or MCP) connection with your internal tools, the knowledge base can be enriched with information from your systems.

All of this content powers the platform’s various tools: chatbot, internal GPT, search, AI agents, etc.
