The platform offers comprehensive administration features, allowing you to manage both all business spaces and the settings specific to each business space. Administration is organized into two levels:
1. Global administration of business spaces
This level allows you to oversee the entire platform and define rules for all business spaces:
- Business space administrator management: Determine who holds the administrator role for each business space.
- Configuration of available AI tools: Choose which AI tools or features are accessible in each business space.
2. Administration of a specific business space
At this level, you can manage settings specific to a particular business space:
- User and group management: Add, edit, or delete users; create groups to organize access and permissions.
- Prompt management: Create, edit, or delete prompts used in the business space.
- Knowledge base management: Enrich, update, or organize the internal database used by the AI.
- Anonymization management: Define and apply rules for anonymizing sensitive data.
- Security management: Configure access rights, security rules, and restrictions for users.
- Test management: Create and track tests to verify that the business space’s tools and settings are functioning properly.
This two-tier organizational structure allows for centralized control while providing flexibility for the detailed management of each business unit.
